Katharina Kempf joined TikTok in 2018 as one of the company's first employees in Europe, supporting the rebranding and launch of TikTok in Europe. As part of TikTok's PR & Marketing department she was responsible for marketing and communication campaigns across Europe.During her time at the company, she started creating her own short-form video content to gain a deeper understanding of creator tools and challenges for influencers on the platform. Using her business and marketing knowledge as well as her understanding of the app's algorithm, she was able to grow her audience to over half a million followers within the first year. After leaving TikTok in 2021 Katharina started Dimension6, a digital marketing agency to develop creative content strategies and advertising campaigns for brands on TikTok. As an official TikTok agency and MCN she is now working closely with TikTok to support brands and creators to increase sales on TikTok's closed looped eCommerce system
Steeve Vanden Heede
Steeve has been in the storytelling business for 3 decades. As choreographer, on tv shows, as a music video director, producer and content creator. He is the founder and manager of TRGRS, a community powered content production agency that specialises in recurrent and multi-platform video and audio content. Steeve's focus is on producing content that makes the audience feel something.
